Driver Qualifications
- Minimum age: 23 years
- Must have CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements
- Able to be DOT certified
- No more than 2 accidents in last 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
- No convictions ever for DWI, DUI, felony, or any drug related offense
- Experience
- Experienced Road Drivers: Must have a minimum of 1-1/2 years verifiable over the road experience with a regulated carrier
- Trainees: To qualify as a Trainee, the applicant must have graduated from an accredited truck driving school, and possess a class A CDL

- Late model Peterbilt/Freightliner conventionals
- Air ride suspension and cab
- Permanently assigned to driver
- Peoplenet satellite communications and ELD
- In-house maintenance program
- Van Division: 48′ and 53′ dry vans
- Tanker Division: Mostly 6000 gallon s/s vacuum tanks
- Roll-Off Divison: Mostly tri-axle trailers
Compensation
- Less than 2 years verifiable experience $.48/mile
- 2-4 years verifiable experience $.50/mile
- More than 4 years verifiable experience $.51/mile
- Top mileage rate $.55/mile
- $15.00 per hour, review annually. Top hourly pay $20 per hour.
- $25/stop plus hourly pay after two hours waiting
- Layover compensation (Breakdown)
- Layover compensation (Dispatch)
- $30.00 per Diem (24 hour period)
- Canada crossing loaded $50.00 per
- Safety /Performance bonus $.03/mile
- $1,000.00 New Hire Sign-on Bonus
- Paid training
- Weekly payroll
- Most road drivers are home at least 35 weekends per year.
